Changes To PrEP Global

We, PrEP Global, are thankful for your support since we started. It has come to light that our Founder, Sean, has passed on and we are saddened by his passing. Thus, your order may have been delayed.

Sean started PrEP Global with a clear motivation in mind – to bring convenience and affordability to everyone who are accessing or using PrEP. We, PrEP Global, pledged to serve our customers to the best of our abilities.

Payments in SGD for your Order

We have noted that an overwhelming number of our customers are coming from Singapore. In addition to that, many has feedback to us on adding Singapore Dollars (SGD) as a currency for payment. As much as we would like to add another currency for payment, we are limited to one currency for payment by the web host.

However, to serve our customers better, we have acted on the feedbacks and went ahead by changing our default payment currency to SGD. This will allow you, our customers from Singapore, to minimise bank exchange rates when paying for your orders

Discounts for future orders

Having a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.

We apologise for the delays you may have encountered during the past few weeks and we will be reaching out to you with discount codes. We hope that you will regain your confidence in us.

Response to emails

We have eliminated the use of administrators to better facilitate with the responses to your enquiries. This will help shorten the timeframe of our responses.

Ambassador discounts

We are continuing our ambassador program where you will be able to use the ambassador code to enjoy discount on your order.

Allocated ambassador to gather your needs

An ambassador will be allocated to you to help you with your order and fulfil any other needs that you may require. This will increase the flexibility for your payment – cash on delivery, bank transfer or other digital payment methods.
